A bit about me:

I focus on creating accessible, user-centered digital experiences through research, human factors, and thoughtful interaction design. My perspective is shaped by being a first-generation Vietnamese immigrant, which has influenced my sensitivity to accessibility, clarity, and inclusive design for users with different backgrounds and needs.

Outside of UX, I enjoy exploring creativity through packaging design for blind-box gifts and creating Cricut-based designs for apparel, accessories, and everyday objects, which helps me think more deeply about storytelling, materials, and how people interact with products beyond the screen.
